This is possible in Overwolf version 173.0.14

Pls add the custom bitrate , In this version of overwolf the preset cant meet my needs , some preset bitrate too high (like high quality the 30s video file size have 1.4gb and lag)some preset bitrate too low (like this https://imgur.com/StMbpyW),
