Basically giving curseforge project owner the ability to make his projects are "looking for a new" maintainer, allowing any user to take ownership of the project. In addition to the scenario below, maybe the ownership request could be on hold for a defined time for owner to discuss with the user that made the request and decline or accept takeover. If no actions are made past the defined time, the request is automatically accepted

As a project owner
Given I am not going to work on add-ons anymore for whatever reason
And I am not going to check on curseforge anymore
And I may not be reachable in future
And I want my project to continue if someone wants to take over it
Then I am able to flag my project as "Open to takeover" within the project setting danger zone

As a user
Given I visit an addon project page which is flagged as "Open to takeover"
Then I can see a banner on top of the page which informs me that the project is "open to takeover" or "Looking for a new maintainer" directing to a "take over form" or "contact curseforge" page to request for project ownership

As an addon developer
Given I made a request to take over a flagged project
Then I get ownership of said project and I can keep the project alive
