Update the built-in OBS version?

I don't know the OBS version that overwolf use but, when I look into the logs it doesn't mention win11 like the original OBS. And it doesn't support NVENC Psycho Visual Tuning for some reason. This makes videos so much blurry compared to the original OBS.

Also, OBS has a feature on windows that makes video capture and gaming more stable via tweaking windows schedular when running as admin. But, overwolf also doesn't do that.

    We are working on upgrading our OBS engine :) As for the admin option, Overwolf is running as admin and so is the OBS engine
