Add a setting in Insights Capture to remove warmup in highlights/matches cause this is not really highlights, files are smaller also.

well, I was playing val and getting clips but the thing is, it said it was recording and that it was all good but non of my clips saved or anything so idk how to fix it or if its jus a thing where I gotta reset my pc but its kinda unfortunate tbh :/
